Kozlowski's Station

Located in a narrow draw that cradles Glorieta Creek, this modified ranch house (most recently the manager's quarters of the late Greer Garson's Forked Lightning Ranch) guards Kozlowski's Spring and the ruts of the SFT, visible in the draw farther E and W.

Kozlowski's Spring, a SFT campsite, is 50 yards N. Kozlowski's Ranch, a SFT tavern and stage station known for its excellent food, was also Union field headquarters during the 1862 Civil War battle of Glorieta Pass.
